When we decided to take a family vacation, Crystal Springs caught our eye for its inviting atmosphere and convenient location. Nestled within walking distance to restaurants and a big park, we found it perfect for our active family. One night, we even spotted a buck wandering down the street-talk about a memorable moment! The hotel itself was clean and spacious, with a fantastic rain shower that our kids enjoyed, especially after long days exploring. Relatable for families, the two-room suite provided some privacy, and we loved having a fridge and microwave for quick meals. The cleaning service was consistent, and the front desk staff were friendly, making our late check-in smooth. As thrill-seekers, we took advantage of nearby Radium Hot Springs Pools, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. We appreciated how accommodating everyone was-specially when they kindly returned my pillows left behind, offering their personal delivery to Calgary. All in all, Crystal Springs served as an ideal base for our family exploration!
